Jointly with strategic partners specialized in Criminal Law, we work in the prevention and solution of environmental contingencies of companies involved in criminal investigations and lawsuits based on the Environmental Crimes Act and other legal criterion of potential corporate environmental criminal liability. Our engagement includes support to criminal law professionals to integrate the issues object of  criminal investigations with the company´s global sustainability management and practices, identification and coordination of technical specialists in the handling of expert assessments and other forms of technical clarification of the issues that are being investigated, implantation of solutions negotiated with the District Attorney (MP) and the client’s representation in criminal lawsuits.
