Graduated at the School of Law of the Catholic University of São Paulo (2013). Master’s degree (LLM) in International Law at the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables, Florida (2017). Member of the Brazilian Union for Environmental Advocacy – UBAA (2023).

Senior Attorney at Sales e Kesselring Advogados.

Previously, Amanda developed her career in the Environmental areas at major law firms, having over 12 years of experience with Environmental Law. Throughout her career, Amanda has assisted companies and associations in many different markets.

Her work experience includes legal aspects assessments, definition and management of business and litigation strategies related to negotiations and corporate deals, considering the multidiscipline features of sustainability. Thus, Amanda’s work experience includes dispute resolution at the administrative and judicial levels, mainly those concerning the management of contaminated sites, different aspects of industrial pollution, environmental aspects of agrarian and forestation activities, implantation of environmental management programs, including solid wastes and reverse logistics. In the Comercial Transaction area, Amanda has experience in the assessment of environmental aspects in different forms of deals, such as mergers & acquisitions and capital market transactions.
