We work with multidiscipline teams in the management of high risk social-environmental assets such as dams that store mining wastes and hydroelectric power plants, port installations, industrial condominiums and petrochemical complexes, among others, including the drafting of Systemic Management Plan designed for each type of activity. Our engagement covers the identification of the legalframework, identification and management plan of the legal risks associated with each potential impact, programs of  prevention and solution of higher legal risks contingencies, drafting of governance and internal and external communication of l risks critical to the sustainability of the business, integration of the Director Plan and other management tools of critical risks with the processes and criteria applied to the social-environmental licensing of the venture. We are also engaged in the solution of disputes and management of crisis that affect high risk social-environmental segments.
